The flag of the Empire of the Alexandrians.

The flag of Alexandria, colloquially known as "Le Violet" in French and "La Violeta" in Spanish, consists of a field of purple (the official Alexandrian purple: #66023C) and the Imperial coat of arms in the middle.

The origin of the current flag is the naval ensign of the Loyalist Forces in 1780, during the Revolution of 1774. It was chosen by Francis Joseph III himself among 22 different flags designed by Joseph de Carrefour as the official flag of Alexandria in 1782.
